Fondation Groupe Forget gives three $1,500 scholarships

The Fondation Groupe Forget is thrilled to be offering its scholarships for a third year.

This year, three $1,500 scholarships were awarded, to Mr. Nicola Bérubé-Vachon and Mr. William Casault-Boucher, a students at the Cégep de La Pocatière, and Mr. Manef Chaeib from the Collège de Rosemont.

Launched in the fall of 2019, the scholarship program was created to encourage post-secondary studies in audioprosthetics and audiology and to highlight deserving students, based both on the quality of their academic record and their motivation to practice in this field.

In order to financially assist students enrolled in the audioprosthesis program, FONDATION GROUPE FORGET is proud to set up a scholarship program to facilitate access to knowledge in audioprosthesis.

For each recipient, a paid summer job will also be offered in a clinic of our partner, Fondation Groupe Forget partner, Groupe Forget, Audioprosthetists, in order to have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the profession of audioprosthesist.

In addition to the three scholarships offered to students in Audioprosthetics, two other scholarships were given to students in Audiology at the Université de Montreal and Université Laval.
