FONDATION GROUPE FORGET is proud to announce the launch of a new scholarship program for future audioprosthetist students to support them throughout their professional training.

The audioprosthetist program is offered at Collège de Rosemont and Cégep de La Pocatière.
Scholarships, summer employment, internships, and permanent employment opportunities await you upon graduation!
In order to support students who choose to pursue college studies to become an audioprosthetist, the Fondation Groupe Forget has implemented a comprehensive program to assist future students throughout their studies:
- Scholarships of up to $5,000 per semester, totaling $30,000 for the complete audioprosthetist program.
- To enable students to return and stay in their region after completing their studies, a Groupe Forget clinic in the student’s region may offer them:
- Summer employment during the audioprosthetist program.
- Mandatory end-of-program internship in audioprosthetist.
- Permanent employment as an audioprosthetist upon completing the audioprosthetist program.
Regions targeted by the scholarship program for future audioprosthetist students:
- Mauricie
- Centre-du-Québec
- Charlevoix
- Gaspésie
- Outaouais
- Saguenay – Lac-Saint-Jean

Applications can be submitted from October 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024, by completing the form available on the Fondation Groupe Forget website (fondationgroupeforget.ca).

Eligibility criteria for Fondation Groupe Forget scholarships for the year 2024:
- Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
- Your primary residence must be in Canada.
- You must reside in one of the targeted regions and intend to return to work there upon completing the audioprosthetist program.
- You must be enrolled or plan to enroll full-time in the audioprosthetist program at Collège de Rosemont or Cégep de La Pocatière for the fall of 2024.
- You must be 40 years old or younger by December 31, 2023.
- Audiologists wishing to become audioprosthetists are also eligible.
