For the first time, the Fondation Groupe Forget is proud to announce it has granted two $1,500 scholarships to students in audiology. Congratulations to Maryline Tr\u00e9panier from the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al and Loonan Chauvette from the Universit\u00e9 Laval.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Launched in the fall of 2019, the scholarship program was created to encourage post-secondary studies in audioprosthetics and audiology and to highlight deserving students, based both on the quality of their academic record and their motivation to practice in this field.<\/p>\n

The Fondation Groupe Forget is proud to have created a scholarship program to provide financial aid to students in the field of audiology, making it easier for them to acquire this specialized knowledge.<\/p>\n

Besides the two scholarships awarded to students in audiology, three additional grants were given to students in audioprosthetics at the Coll\u00e8ge Rosemont and the C\u00e9gep de La Pocati\u00e8re. Each recipient will also be offered a paid summer job at a Polycliniques de l\u2019oreille <\/em>to give them the opportunity to become familiar with the work of an audiologist or audioprosthetist.<\/p>\n
